What’s Included in a General Clean?
Our General Cleaning Service is designed to keep your home fresh, tidy and maintained, with attention given to the areas you use every day.
Bedrooms
Dusting and wiping surfaces, mirrors cleaned, floors vacuumed or mopped, bins emptied with liners changed, and light switches and door handles wiped. Beds can also be made.
Living & Dining Areas
Furniture and surfaces dusted and wiped, mirrors and glass cleaned, cushions and throws arranged neatly, floors vacuumed or mopped, bins emptied, and light switches and door handles wiped.
Kitchen
Worktops and splashbacks wiped, appliance exteriors cleaned, sink and fixtures cleaned and shined, cupboard doors spot-cleaned, furniture and surfaces dusted, bins emptied, and floors vacuumed or mopped.
Bathrooms
Toilet cleaned and disinfected, bath and shower screen wiped, sink and fixtures cleaned and shined, mirrors cleaned, surfaces dusted, bins emptied, and floors vacuumed or mopped.
Other areas: Hallways, stairs and landings, utility rooms, offices and conservatories can also be included where applicable.

What’s Included in a Deep Clean?
A Deep Clean provides a much more detailed clean of your home, covering the areas included in our General Clean while giving additional attention to areas that aren’t normally covered as part of routine cleaning.
Bedrooms
General cleaning throughout, plus skirting boards, tops of units and wardrobes, interior windows and frames, doors and frames, and accessible areas requiring more detailed attention.
Living & Dining Areas
Furniture, mirrors and glass, floors and general surfaces cleaned, along with skirting boards, interior windows and frames, doors and frames, and cleaning behind sofas and accessible furniture.
Kitchen
Worktops and splashbacks, sinks and fixtures, cupboard doors and tops, floors and general surfaces are thoroughly cleaned. We also clean accessible areas underneath or behind furniture and appliances, skirting boards, tiles and woodwork, inside the microwave and fridge, plus the cooker top and extractor fan.
Bathrooms
A thorough clean of the toilet, bath, shower screen and trap, sink and fixtures, mirrors and floors, along with interior windows and frames, doors and frames, tiles, skirting boards and extractor fan.
A deeper level of clean: Ideal when your property needs more attention than a routine General Clean, whether it’s your first clean with us, the property hasn’t been professionally cleaned for some time, or you simply want a more detailed refresh.

Our End of Tenancy and Student Turnover Cleans are designed for landlords, letting agencies and property managers who need a property thoroughly cleaned and prepared for its next occupants.
This is one of our most detailed cleaning services and includes everything covered within our Deep Clean, plus additional attention to areas such as:
- Inside cupboards and drawers
- Window tracks and seals
- Detailed cleaning of doors, frames, skirting boards and woodwork
- Interior windows and frames
- Detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Cleaning behind and underneath accessible furniture and appliances

Our aim is to leave the property fresh, thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next tenant to move straight into.
Additional services: Oven cleaning and carpet & upholstery cleaning can be added at an additional cost. Light rubbish removal can also be arranged where required at an additional cost.
As every property is different, quotes are based on the size, condition and cleaning requirements of the property — we do not charge an hourly rate.

Commercial cleaning is quoted individually based on the size of the premises, condition, cleaning requirements and frequency of service. A walkthrough will be required to provide an accurate quotation.

Cleaning Equipment & Products
You don’t need to provide anything — we arrive fully equipped with the cleaning products and equipment required for your clean. If you would prefer us to use any of your own products or equipment, just let us know and we’ll be happy to do so.
Allergies & Sensitivities
If you or anyone in your household has allergies or sensitivities to particular cleaning products, please let us know before your appointment so we can take this into consideration.
Pets Welcome 🐾
We’re completely happy working in homes with pets, so having furry family members is not a problem.
Protective Measures
For hygiene and protection while working in your property, we use appropriate protective equipment, including gloves and disposable footwear covers.

🔑 Access to Your Property
We understand that you may not always be home when your clean is scheduled. Many customers are happy for us to access their property while they’re at work or out for the day.
If required, access can be arranged in advance using a spare key, key safe or another agreed method that works for you. Any access arrangements will be discussed beforehand, and access details should only be shared through an agreed private method.
Your privacy, property and trust are always treated with care and respect.

📅 Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your clean, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
General Cleans
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of your booked General Clean will apply.
Deep Cleans
A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your Deep Clean appointment. With at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit can be transferred to your new agreed date. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the £50 deposit is non-refundable.
Additional Services
Where a deposit has been taken for an additional service, it can be transferred to a new agreed date when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen, and these will be considered individually.
By paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted our booking, deposit and cancellation terms.
